Day 1 Guwahati
Arrival at Guwahati Airport, upon arrival transfer to the hotel and check in. Later, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple premises (Garbh Grah darshan not included), one of the largest and most sacred Shakti shrines in the country. Perched atop the Nilachal Hills, the temple is an important pilgrimage centre for tantric worshippers and Hinduism alike. If time permits, also visit the Assam State Museum. Day 2 Guwahati - Kohima
After an early breakfast, check out and transfer to Guwahati Airport to board a flight to Dimapur (at extra cost). Upon arrival at Dimapur Airport, proceed by road to Kohima (78 kms / approx. 3 hours). Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, is one of the most scenic and culturally rich destinations in Northeast India. Surrounded by lush hills and untouched landscapes, it offers an ideal blend of nature, history, and local traditions. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax. Day 3 Hornbill Festival at Kisama Village
After breakfast today you will drive to Kisama Heritage village (12.2 Km / 1hr) to witness the vibrant dances and performances at the Hornbill Festival. This festival of festival, exhibits the living culture of sixteen Naga tribes , allowing you a glimpse of their colourful way of life. The exotic headgears and ivory armlets are other famous traditional things of Nagas which steal the show. In the evening return to the hotel and enjoy your dinner. Overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 4 Excursion to Khonoma
After breakfast, visit the World War II Cemetery, a solemn memorial to the 1944 Battle of Kohima. Continue to Khonoma (35 km / 1.5 hrs), India’s first green village, known for its terraced fields, eco-conscious practices, and the vibrant culture of the Angami tribe. Walk through the village, meet locals, and admire the artistry of skilled basket and shawl weavers. Later enjoy other day at Hornbill festival , return to hotel and enjoy your dinner. Day 5 Drive from Kohima to Dimapur
After breakfast, check out and drive to Dimapur. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and unwind after the journey. Day 6 Dimapur Sightseeing & Leisure
After breakfast head for a short drive to the picturesque Triple Falls, where three beautiful streams flow together amidst serene natural surroundings. Later, visit the historic Kachari Ruins, known for their ancient mushroom-shaped stone monoliths that reflect the rich heritage of the region. As the day comes to an end, gather around a cozy bonfire and enjoy a memorable farewell dinner with the group. These women bonding trips offer adventure, culture, and unforgettable memories. Day 7 Departure
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before checking out from the hotel. If your full payment is not received by the due date as per the payment schedule, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit of WOW offers like super early bird or early bird. Regarding the hotels, what does OR SIMILAR refer to?
OR SIMILAR means that the hotel booked might be different from the hotel mentioned in the itinerary. 90% of the time we book the hotel that’s mentioned, but under few situations it might differ due to on-the-ground factors. So we pick an alternate hotel, but always in the same class and area of the city.
