Day 1
Arrival in Dublin
Arrive at Dublin Airport and transfer to the hotel to stretch your legs and get some shut-eye to charge your batteries for the evening. Dublin is one of Europe’s most vibrant, warm and welcoming city, known for the friendliness of its people and it’s craic - that mixture of repartee, humor and intelligence. The beauty of Dublin lies in its many impressive stunning buildings, each with a rich history and its impressive churches that line every other street. In the evening, we will meet for our welcome dinner at the Hotel. Overnight stay at Dublin.
-
Day 2
Crystal Gazing & History
Post Breakfast, we head to Cork the liberal, youthful, cosmopolitan place with spruced-up streets, revitalised stretches of waterfront and seemingly -an artisan coffee bar on every corner. We stop on the way to see Rock of Cashel, a spectacular archaeological site and one of the most visited places in Ireland. A collection of medieval ecclesiastical buildings set on an outcrop of limestone in the Golden Vale. Next, we see the 12th century round tower which is the oldest surviving building on the Rock. It also includes a high cross and the ruins Romanesque (Cormac) chapel, one of the earliest and finest churches built in Romanesque style. We continue our drive towards Cork and upon arrival, we will do a panoramic tour of Cork city which is the second largest city in Ireland that sits along the southern coast. We check in at the hotel and spend an evening of leisure on our own. Perhaps a walk down the streets will be a good idea in this heady city
-
Day 3
Exploring Killarney on wheels
Post breakfast, transfer to visit The Killarney National Park & the famous Lakes of Killarney. These are an absolute delight; pristine, gorgeous and not overcrowded so this makes for a lovely day of ambling about this part of Ireland. Killarney National Park is home to the only red deer in Ireland and is right besides the town making it impossible to miss. Spend some free time to explore Killarney yourself. Next we visit the Ross Castle which sits on the edge of Lough Leane in Killarney and overlooks the lake and distant mountains. We continue our tour and visit the Muckross House which is a sprawling mansion located inside the national park and is an ode to the Victorian era (Queen Victoria is said to have visited it in 1861). Our last stop is at a beautiful Roman St Mary’s Cathedral in Killarney town. Immerse yourself in the local culture as you make the most of your time here and follow your ears to one of the lively traditional music pub, Danny Manns or the Laurels to spend an evening at leisure on your own before retiring for the night in Killarney.
-
Day 4
Time Travel in Jaunt style
Post breakfast, proceed to drive towards the Dingle Peninsula known for its interesting antiquities, historic sites and varied mountain than any other part of Ireland. The approx 2 hours scenic drive is absolutely beautiful as you go past the most gorgeous parts of Ireland. Dingle has long drawn runaways from across the word, making it a cosmopolitan and a creative place. Framed by its fishing port, the peninsula’s charming little city is one of Ireland’s largest Gaeltacht towns. Located on Ireland’s westernmost edge, Slea head is a cluster of ancient sites, cozy villages and breathtaking scenery. Travel back to Killarney and stay overnight at the hotel.
-
Day 5
World famous Cliffs of Moher
Wake up to another wonderful day in Ireland and prepare for yet another local, picturesque drive as you leave Killarney. Post breakfast, drive towards Ireland’s designated UNESCO Geopark where the cliffs are 214m high at the highest point and range for 8 kilometres over the Atlantic ocean on the western seaboard of County Clare. We stop in Doolin, a traditional music capital of Ireland known for its wealth of Irish traditional music. Next, we see the Burren area of limestone rock covering imposing majestic mountains and tranquil valleys with gently meandering streams. We continue our drive towards Galway which is both a picturesque and lively city with a wonderful avant-garde culture and has a fascinating mixture of locally owned speciality shops featuring local made crafts. This is also the birthplace of the world famous Claddagh ring, a souvenir you may bring home just to keep a little piece of Galway. Overnight stay in Galway.
-
Day 6
Galway City tour
Post breakfast, put on your boho chic cap as you make your way around Galway today. This popular city is a good break from the countryside and is fun, has a distinct vibe and is perfect for some café hopping and a spot of retail therapy as well. Visit the wild and barren region of Connmara known for its lonely valleys, mountains and lakes. Make your way to Kylemore Abbey, a Benedictine monastery founded in 1920 on the grounds of Kylemore Castle. It is one of the best examples of Irish neo-gothic architecture, the estate features which includes a Victorian Walled Garden, restored Abbey reception rooms and Gothic Church. We are sure you will love the Trad on the Prom Show in the evening which celebrates the passion of Ireland’s past with a contemporary production of world class music, song and dance. Overnight stay in Galway
-
Day 7
Dublin
The next morning, post breakfast, make your way to the famous Trinity College. Tour the campus with its old and beautiful buildings and sprawling outdoors before going to see the Book of Kells which is an illuminated manuscript that houses more than its fair share of mysteries and is on display at Trinity College. Later spend some time at the Temple Bar where you can enjoy a spot of authentic Irish cuisine and entertainment. Return back to the hotel and stay overnight in Dublin.
-
Day 8
Last day in Ireland
Alas! We have reached the last day of our tour in the amazing Ireland. After breakfast, spend the day embracing the city at your own pace. Do a little exploring. You can explore more options today, after all, it is your last night in Ireland. Overnight in Dublin.

Get in touch-
What is the best time to travel to Europe
It depends! -
What does twin share price mean?
Twin share price is the price mentioned against a package and it refers to the cost per head for a double sharing accommodation. If you'd like to upgrade to Single Occupancy, please select this at the time of checkout -
Regarding the hotels, what does OR SIMILAR refer to?
OR SIMILAR means that the hotel booked might be different from the hotel mentioned in the itinerary. 90% of the time we book the hotel that’s mentioned, but under few situations it might differ due to on-the-ground factors. So we pick an alternate hotel, but always in the same class and area of the city. -
What meals are included on my trip? Can i request Indian / vegetarian / special cuisine on tour?
The exact number of meals included on the trip is clearly specified on the itinerary and is different for each trip. Our vacations strive to introduce you to local authentic flavors, so you can enjoy the destination in a deeper way. Therefore, included meals are usually local or continental. Please request vegetarian meals at the time of booking, and also with the local guide and WOW Buddy on tour; this can usually not a problem when requested in advance. When meals are not included, you may choose an restaurant of your choice in the city you are touring. -
Why don't you include flights in the Package cost?
Since our wanderers are located a variety of locations in India and outside India - it is impossible to include flights in the trip cost.
