Day 1
Chandigarh - Shimla
On arrival, we will drive towards Shimla, lunch will be done enroute (at own expense). The drive from Chandigarh to Shimla will be around 5 hours 30 minutes. After we reach Shimla check in to hotel to get ourselves freshened up. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay is in Shimla.

Day 2
Shimla - Rohru
After breakfast our journey will begin with a pleasant road-trip from Shimla to Rohru. On the way, at Kara-Pathar we will stop for some stretching exercises and a walk. It will help us prepare and acclimatize. The drive from Shimla takes you past Rohru, from where the road follows the blue waters of the Pabbar river. In an exquisite journey, the road climbs gracefully along the Pabbar, the scenery changing rapidly. From square wheat fields along the river and beautiful Himachali homes, you drive past pretty villages and mixed forests

Day 3
Rohru – Dyara Thach
After breakfast we will drive up to the trek’s start point Janglikh, the last motorable village which is also the starting point of the trek, situated at 2800 meters above sea level. Today’s trek is perhaps the most beautiful first day of any trek that you will walk on. The trail from Janglikh will take us to Dayara Thach. The route will take us through a variety of terrains. We will pass through the dense forests of Pine, Cedar, fir, Rhododendron and more.

Day 4
Dyara Thach – Litham Thach
After breakfast we will proceed from Dayara Thach for the trek to Litham Thach. Today’s walk takes us to the base of the pass, close to the Chandranahan Lake. The pastures are filled with wild flowers. We make camp in an open meadow, from where we can see the Gunas pass as well as the waterfall that fills the lake.

Day 5
Litham Thach – Chandranahan La
After breakfast we will leave the camp early in the morning to reach the glorious Lake. The Chandranahan lake is a glacial tarn that is perennially fed by snow flanks of mountains thatvsurround it. It is not a very big lake, but getting to it is an exciting journey and extremely rewarding. Later we will trek back to the camp in Litham Thach

Day 6
Litham Thach - Shimla
After breakfast we will start from the camp to reach Janglikh. Here we will culminate our trek and will head back to Shimla.

Day 7
Shimla - Chandigarh
After breakfast, prepare to leave for Chandigarh airport to catch your flight back home after an adventurous and memorable trip.

- 2 night stay in Shimla & 1 night stay in Rohru

- Meals as per itinerary – Breakfast: 6, Lunch: 4 and Dinner: 4
- All logistics during the trek like tents, guide, porters and cook
- Two professional guides certified by the premier mountaineering institute will be accompanying the group. These guides are not only well acquainted to the trekking routes but also are trained rescue professionals.
- All transport in Tempo Traveller to and from Chandigarh airport.
- First aid services will be available throughout the trek as a trained pharmacist will be accompanying the group.
- Inclusive of GST

- Transfer from/ to Chandigarh Railway Station
- Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals and beverages ordered
- Insurance, laundry and phone calls, medical expenses.
- Bottled water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
- Optional excursions and activities
- Additional transfer required due to any emergency situation or arriving by flight that does not match with the majority of the group
- Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as road blocks, accidents & any medical evacuations. Any flight/train delays or re-scheduling etc.

OR SIMILAR means that the hotel booked might be different from the hotel mentioned in the itinerary. 90% of the time we book the hotel that’s mentioned, but under few situations it might differ due to on-the-ground factors. So we pick an alternate hotel, but always in the same class and area of the city.
