Day 1
OLA PORTO!
Begin your journey in Portugal via Porto, the coastal city in Portugal. It's an age-old city, centered at Ribeira, and today is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On arrival, visit the famous Praça da Liberdade (Liberdade Square) which connects the old town with the modern part of the city. Later, We check into the hotel (after 3 PM) to freshen up and rest for a while. Proceed for the welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight stay in Porto.

Day 2
PORTO
After breakfast in the hotel, enjoy a guided tour of Porto. Porto’s charms are as subtle as the nuances of an aged tawny port, best savored slowly on a romp. Start the city tour of Porto by visiting Dom Luis Bridge and the exterior of Clérigos church and Tower. Visit the world famous Lello library, considered as Europe's most beautiful library. Later, proceed to the Douro river and enjoy the 6 bridges Douro river cruise. We return to the hotel towards the evening. Overnight stay in Porto.

Day 3
PORTO- LISBON
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Coimbra (2.5 hrs/204 kms). On arrival, proceed to the University of Coimbra. Coimbra is famous for its University, the oldest in Portugal and one of the oldest in Europe. After that continue driving to Lisbon (3 hrs/202 kms). Arrive at Lisbon and check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for shopping in the city centre. Overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 4
SINTRA
After breakfast, enjoy guided tour of Lisbon. Visit the Jeronimos Monastery, the most important tourist attraction in Lisbon, inside which lies the tomb of Vasco da Gama. It is is an excellent example of Portuguese Late Gothic architecture. Witness the treasured 16th century Belem Tower and Tagus River. After that, have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, drive to the beautiful city of Sintra (40 mins/ 30 kms). Sintra is Portugal’s fairytale town in the foothills of Sintra Mountains. Proceed on a guided tour with a visit to Quinta da Regaleira, Monserrat Palaceal. Continue drive to Cascais and Estoril for tour in the coach and spend some free time at leisure on your own. Later, drive back to Lisbon. Overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 5
LISBON - FARO - SEVILLE
After breakfast, check out and Transfer to Faro(278 kms, 3-4 hrs). On arrival, proceed with a walking tour of the old town of Faro. It presents the most preserved quarter of Faro: a large square lined with Orange trees, surrounded by several cobbled streets with pastel-coloured buildings with Portuguese tiles, situated within a medieval wall. The Sé de Faro is the Old Town’s most impressive landmark, standing proudly in its centre, which, from its bell tower, offers views of the Ria Formosa. After that transfer to Seville (199 kms, 2-3 hrs). On arrival, Transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight stay in Seville.

Day 6
ALL ABOUT SEVILLE!
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for half day guided tour of Seville. Visit Seville Cathedral(with entrance), Plaza de españa, Torre de oro, Santa Cruz from outside. Seville Cathedral is one of the exceptional churches. The history and stories surrounding this church set it apart, but the sheer size makes it worth a visit in it's own right. After lunch, spend some free time in plaza de encarnacion where you can find the famous Metropol Parasol. Later, enjoy Flamenco show with dinner. After the show, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Seville.

Day 7
SEVILLE - GRANADA
After breakfast at the Hotel, check out. Depart to Granada (3 hrs/ 257 kms). Upon arrival proceed for a local buffet lunch in Granada. Visit Alhambra Palace and Generalife (Subject to availability). It is one of the most famous monuments of Islamic architecture and one of the best-preserved palaces of the historic Islamic world, in addition to containing notable examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture. Transfer to hotel and check-in. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay in Granada.

Day 8
GRANADA-TOLEDO-MADRID
After breakfast at the Hotel, check out. Depart to Toledo (4-5 hrs/ 368 kms),the city is known as the "Imperial City" because it was the main venue of the court of Roman Emperor in Spain. Enjoy a walking tour of this beautiful city covering Jewish quarter, Cathedral primada, Plaza Zocodover, Tajo river etc. After the sightseeing, transfer to Madrid (1 hr approx). Check-in the hotel. Overnight stay in Madrid.

Day 9
MADRID
After breakfast, begin your Spanish odyssey in Madrid, the home of Spanish football team Real Madrid, a city throbbing with energy and bursting with ideas that bridge its past and present. Visit visit Prado Museum(subject to availability) and Plaza Mayor. The Prado is one of the world’s most dazzling art museums. From the medieval to early modern, its vast collection of European works is housed in a grand building on the Paseo del Prado. Drive past Puerta del Sol, Cibeles Squares and Plaza Espana. For a taste of the real Spain we drive through the main streets and see the Neptune Fountain, Alcala Street , parque retiro etc. After lunch, visit Ventas Bullring in Madrid. Later in the evening, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Madrid

Day 10
MADRID - BARCELONA
After the breakfast, transfer to the airport to catch a flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival, set of for a guided tour of Barcelona. Visit Casa Batlo, a UNESCO World Heritage site and an icon in Barcelona, a must see for those who want to discover Gaudí's work and modernism at its finest. After that, visit Picasso Museum. The Museu Picasso is an art museum in Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. It houses an extensive collection of artworks by the twentieth-century Spanish artist Pablo Picasso, with a total of 4251 of his works. Later, Transfer to hotel and check-in. Overnight stay in Barcelona.

BARCELONA-MONTSERRAT
After leisurely breakfast at the Hotel, transfer to Montserrat ( 1.5 hours drive). Upon arrival, set of for a guided tour of Montserrat. Visit the Basilica, have a spectacular walk with the views of the montserrat mountain. view of the cheese, fruit and honey market. We continue walking and see the buildings where the monks live, until the monastery square, in front of the church. Transfer to a winery for wine tasting (Subject to availability). "A brief comment on my trip to Italy - I am so happy that i joined the WOW group on this trip to Italy. When I started corresponding with WOW all my apprehensions vanished and it was easy to make the decision to go.
Her responses were prompt (even after her office hours) and clear. From the moment we were met at the airport in Rome the rest of the days were full fun with a high dose of laughter.We were totally relaxed as our stay and visits to various places were all well planned with tickets booked well in advance.
I was very impressed by the time management. The guides were always there waiting for us and a luxury coach to take us around. The hotels were very good. Vithika, a remarkable young lady is a seasoned traveller - very calm,caring and efficient and great fun to be with. Truly a buddy!
