Day 1
Welcome to Tehran
Arrive at Tehran International airport, a very vibrant and lively city where there is a lot of culture to be soaked up and one where you can relax and enjoy all that’s good about this city. Rest for a few hours till we proceed for a half day tour. Visit Saadabad palace, where the last royal family of the country used to live. The Sa’dabad complex was initially constructed and inhabited by the Qajar dynasty in the 19th century to be used as a summer palace of the royal family. Next, visit the Reza Abbasi Museum, one of the richest historical-cultural collections in Iran. The collection includes materials from the second millennium B.C. to the beginning of the 20th century and Qajar period.Later, enjoy the traditional Iranian dinner before you knock back for the day. Overnight in Tehran.

Day 2
Exploring Tehran
Post breakfast, we get acquainted with Tehran through one its most iconic monuments: the Golestan Palace. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a masterpiece of the Qajar era, embodying the successful integration of earlier Persian crafts and architecture with Western influences. Next, head towards the National museum of Iran. The state museum under the auspices of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts. The Museum consists of the Iran Bastan Museum (Ancient Iran) and the Museum of Islamic Archaeology and Art of Iran, as well as eight research departments, the conservation department, the library and the archives. This Museum houses the largest collections of archaeological objects in the country. Later, spend some time at the Bazaar before we head back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3
Tehran -Kashan- Isfahan
After breakfast at the Hotel, prepare to drive to Kashan (250kn/ 3 hours). Upon arrival visit, Boroujerdi and Tabatabaie house. Like other historical houses of Kashan, Borujerdi House is an example of a wealthy Kashan family residence of the 19th century. This house belonged to Borujerdi family and is an outstanding masterpiece of Persian architecture.The construction took 18 years and 150 craftsmen – no wonder it is one of the most impressive buildings of the city. Tabatabaei Historical House is another one of the most popular attractions of Kashan. Being built in the 19th century, this house is an outstanding reflection of the lifestyle of Kashan wealthy families. Tabatabaei House demonstrates all the typical features of Persian architecture and is a must-see while visiting Kashan. Next visit Fin Garden, the UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a traditional Persian garden, or ‘bagh’, the garden is still an example of a perfectly planned and equipped space for an enjoyable pastime. Continue drive to Isfahan (210 km/ 2.5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to the Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4
Isfahan
This morning, after breakfast at the hotel, proceed for tour of Isfahan to visit Shah Square, one of the biggest squares in the world. Lots of monuments surround this square like Aliqapu Palace which is the great Persian palace and there is a music room on one floor where the stucco stalactites are hollow to allow better acoustics for musicians. Then visit Shah Mosque, Sheikhlotfollah mosque. Also, visit Bazaar and Chehel Sotoun Palace. Proceed for lunch. At night visit the Zayandeh River with the Si-o-Seh Pol and Khaju bridges that lighten the environment during the nighttime. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5
Isfahan - Yazd
After breakfast, proceed for city tour of Isfahan to visit Vank Cathedral. It is an Armenian church, located in the New Julfa district in the center of Isfahan. The name “Vank” derives from the Armenian word “monastery”. Due to its outstanding interior, Vank Cathedral is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Isfahan. There are lots of café where you can spend an hour and drink a cup of Armenian coffee. Continue your tour to visit Hasht Behesht Palace, Jame Mosque. Then visit Bird Garden to complete your day. Continue your drive to Yazd (375 km/ 4.5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6
Yazd
This morning, after breakfast at the hotel, get ready to explore Yazd. Visit Zoroastrian Towers of Silence where, as per Zoroastrian tradition, after death, bodies are placed open to sky to degenerate. After that visit Zoroastrian Museum. It is a very informative museum that helps you a lot to understand Zoroastrian religion. The Fire Temple is another symbol of Zoroastrian culture since they worship fire and the Atashkadeh (fire temple) of Yazd is a must visit to better understand their culture and traditions. The Amir Chakhmagh Complex which houses one of the finest mosques in the region and a square by the same name is beautiful with alcoves that reflect an interplay of light and shade. The Jame Mosque is another monument that defines the desert city of Yazd and reflects its rich, textured history. After that visit an Iranian garden, Dowlat Abad Garden, that shines in the desert with the biggest wind ward. Proceed back to the hotel for overnight stay at Yazd.

Day 7
Yazd -Persepolis- Shiraz
After breakfast, drive towards Shiraz (440 km/ 5 hours). On the way, visit Persepolis and Necropolis. Persepolis is one of the major tourist sites in Iran, rightly. We’re talking about the former capital city of the Achaemenid Empire! The building of this city started 2500 years ago! Imagine when you are walking there, it throws you out to the future, not to the past. In fact, it has been discovered what the ancestors had achieved many years ago. From here, we head to Naghshe Rostam which houses the tombs of Iran’s most valued kings and dates back to the first millennium BC. It is located approximately 5 km from Persepolis which once served as the capital of the Achaemenid (Persian) Empire. Continue driving to Shiraz, upon arrival, transfer to the Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 8
City of Shiraz
Post breakfast, we start our full day city tour of Shiraz. with a visit to the Narenjestan Garden or Eram garden. A walk through the shaded paths is a must as it gives you a glimpse of life as it once was in this quaint culture zone. Next, we visit the Nasir ol Molk Mosque which is also known as the pink mosque. From intricately carved arches and niches to floors that are clad using the choicest Persian rugs, the highlight of this mosque is the absolutely phenomenal stain glass windows that can be viewed once you enter. After this, we head to the Tomb of Hafez who is recognized as one of the most famous poets in Iran. Later, proceed for our farewell dinner, post dinner head back to hotel for overnight stay.

OR SIMILAR means that the hotel booked might be different from the hotel mentioned in the itinerary. 90% of the time we book the hotel that’s mentioned, but under few situations it might differ due to on-the-ground factors. So we pick an alternate hotel, but always in the same class and area of the city. -
What meals are included on my trip? Can i request Indian / vegetarian / special cuisine on tour?
