Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar airport. Transfer into the houseboat followed by Shikara ride. Day is at leisure. Welcome Dinner and overnight stay in houseboat. Srinagar is known for the stationary houseboats and gondola-type rowboats Shikaras on Dal Lake.

Day 2
Srinagar - Pahalgam
After breakfast at Houseboat, transfer to Pahalgam known as the Valley of Shepherds, (100 kms/3 hours approximately). Enroute visit enchanting Saffron Fields, Awantipura ruins. Check in to the hotel. Day free at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 3
Betaab Valley & Aru Valle
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for today’s excursion of the beautiful Betaab Valley and Aru Valley Post sightseeing stop for lunch (at own expenses). Return back to the hotel for dinner. Overnight in Pahalgam.

Day 4
Back to Srinagar
After leisurely breakfast at the hotel, drive back to Srinagar (100 kms/3 hours approximately). Visit the Shankaracharya Temple which involves climbing some steps. Later visit the exquisite Tulip & Mughal Gardens-Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh are a group of gardens built by the Mughals in the Persian style of architecture. Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 5
Srinagar- Gulmarg
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Gulmarg (70 kms/2 hours approximately). Upon arrival, proceed for Gondola ride up to Khilanmarg. WOW Club offers Stage 1 of this ride (if the weather permits), so if you wish to go further, you can go ahead at your own expense. Enjoy the fascinating views of Pir Panjal range. After enjoying the beauty of Gulmarg return back to hotel. Overnight in Gulmarg.

Day 6
Gulmarg - Srinagar
This morning after breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar (2 hours approximately) check-in into the Houseboat. After lunch go for some shopping at local markets. Later return back to the Houseboat relaxed in the evening dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.

Departure
After leisurely breakfast at the houseboat, drive to Srinagar airport for your flight back home with beautiful memories to be cherished forever.

Regarding the hotels, what does OR SIMILAR refer to?
OR SIMILAR means that the hotel booked might be different from the hotel mentioned in the itinerary. 90% of the time we book the hotel that’s mentioned, but under few situations it might differ due to on-the-ground factors. So we pick an alternate hotel, but always in the same class and area of the city. -
