The Plan
Day 1 Arrival at Amritsar
On arrival at Amritsar airport, we will transfer to our hotel for check-in and a bit of relaxation. In the evening, we will assemble for high tea and Turban tying ceremony. Later at 6 pm visit the iconic Gobindgarh Fort to witness the captivating sound and light show. Gobindgarh Fort echoes the fascinating history of Punjab and offers insights into the heroic tales, cultural legacy, and pivotal events that have shaped the region into what it is today. The show is a visual treat, narrating the valor of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the spirit of Punjab in a powerful audio-visual experience. Later, we’ll return to the hotel for a warm Welcome Dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Shopping spree!
After breakfast leave to visit the Partition Museum and Jallianwala Bagh. Next we will visit the Golden Temple in the daytime, eat langar prasad and visit their museum. Post lunch (at own expense) you can walk the local streets and the famous markets, a perfect place to shop for juttis, phulkari suit and dupattas, amritsari papad & baddi etc. The best part, nothing here is really overpriced! Later have dinner in the famous Amritsari Bharawan Da Dhaba. End your day by experiencing night Palki ceremony at the Golden Temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3 Wagah Border
Today post breakfast, we go for a tractor ride in the fields of Punjab. Later leave hotel by 12 noon to visit village, Have lunch at village. Later, proceed to wagah border to witness the change of guard. At the international border between India and Pakistan, the pomp and pageantry of the Beating Retreat and the Change of Guard within handshaking distance of the Indian and Pakistani forces makes for a most charming spectacle. Back to the Hotel for farewell Dinner with music & dance.

Day 4 Departure
After breakfast, we transfer to Amritsar airport for your flight back home.
