I started my journey , my adventure with WOW - women on wanderlust , a perfect group for my perfect adventure.
Being a medical professional I barely got time to wander and explore things and places. Although my heart was always a wanderer thanks to my fauji upbringing , the craze to keep exploring was always left incomplete.
But , thanks to my mom who only travels with WOW- pushed me to try out this group for the first time and boy I am super addicted.
Started my first WOW journey with the place I always wanted to visit but due to time constraints or other issues couldn’t explore - Leh Ladakh.
A mysterious place with varied altitude and amazing scenery.
The trip was exceptionally planned with the itinerary explaining all the destinations in detail along with how to take care of yourself at such a high altitude. The hotels and campsites booked were good properties , well managed and hygienic.
Our trip WOW buddy Anisha Sabharwal , was extremely talented and handled everything superbly. I dnt think any situation was created in which any of us were uncomfortable.
She listened to all our queries and managed them quite well. I more than anything found a great friend in her.

Even the group that we traveled with was an exciting group, ready to do all sorts or adventure in place that demanded it. I made friends for life with this group and getting back made me miss them even more.
I fell in love with Ladakh just coz of WoW , they made my first solo trip a totally memorable one.

“Ridiculously efficient” is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Kanu Baby aka Kanika. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Kanika for a very short period of time (Leh –Ladakh: 26 May – 2 June), during which she expertly filled the role of our tour coordinator. I was impressed with her ability to handle even the toughest clients—and effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. I was also in awe of Kanika’s ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages.

I could perfectly recall her taking charge of meeting us at the airport. She ensured that we were comfortably settled in our hotel. She explained the itinerary and schedule of the travel. She and Amu provided significant information about each destination or attraction visited with emphasis on its cultural and historical meaning, she managed meals and transportation related to the tour, handled emergency situations. She also ensured that we all had a stimulating experience of local offerings. I was particular intrigued that how effortlessly she blended with our group and participated in regular enjoyment activities along with us all.

And, of course, her outgoing and friendly personality, excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, ability to organize trip effectively, open-mindedness to others’ opinions and ideas would be a true asset for any company and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

Every wow club has a wow buddy who ensures that you have the best trip ever. Thank you Kanika for being such an amazing Wow Buddy. Ladakh has given me some of the sweetest friendships and memories for that I am very grateful. Cheers to WOW CLUB.
